Silvio Cattani

About

Silvio Cattani has been working as the Deputy Director of the Trento Rovereto Museum. He has been actively involved in creating public works with glass, mosaics, and ceramics, both in Italy and abroad.

Silvio Cattani has also participated in creating sets for various music and dance performances. Recently, he collaborated on the Aureliana contemporary dance project for Sign-Art, which was presented at venues such as Kunsthalle WhiteBox in Munich, the performance festival in Halle, and the Oriente Ovest festival.

Silvio Cattani's work is based on the reflection of the interplay of materials and potential aesthetic biases. His work is rooted in organic and meticulous visual experimentation, yet it also includes elements that can be emotionally engaging.

Vittorio Livi, an industrial designer, has remarked:

실비오 카타니 (Silvio Cattani)는 트렌토 로베레토 미술관(Trento Rovereto Museum)의 부관장으로 활동하고 있다. 그는 이탈리아와 해외에서 활발히 활동하며 유리, 모자이크, 도자기로 공공 작품을 제작해왔다.

실비오 카타니는 다양한 음악 및 안무 행사를 위한 세트 제작에도 참여했다. 최근에는 Sign-Art를 위한 아우렐리아나 현대무용 프로젝트와 협업하였으며, 이 프로젝트는 다음과 같은 곳에서 선보였다. 뮌헨의 Kunsthalle WhiteBox, Halle의 퍼포먼스 페스티벌, Oriente Ovest 페스티벌 등.
